At FlashWax Detail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with clear and fair return and refund policies.
You may request a return if:
The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Note: Used or opened car care products (e.g. polish, shampoo,) are not eligible for return.
The following items cannot be returned:
Products bought on sale or with discount coupons
Opened or used car care liquids
Custom or personalized items
Apparel that has been worn or washed
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
Approve or reject the return within 3-5 business days
If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@flashwax.shop with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged product), we will provide a prepaid return label.
For other return reasons (change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellation may not be possible as items might already be processed or shipped.
